Live Wedding or Event Painting will elevate your wedding or other special day with a truly unique, immersive experience. As a mixed media artist I will create a piece that speaks to you for a lifetime, not jut about your ceremony, but incorporating your lives. At an interview we, together, will discover and plot the backdrop for an archival piece and add to it the beauty of the wedding day.

Bringing mixed media painting to the wedding world, I will transform cherished moments into a one-of-a-kind materpiece, capturing the essence of the wedding day as well as key elements from special moments since the day you met, combined to prophetically create a piece you will enjoy for a lifetime. Imagine a piece celerating life with unique aditions- a family pet, special dates, symbols, wedding vows, the meaning of your names, a memento of the “something old,new,borrowed,blue” tradition, your handprints, or other favorite symbolism- all collaged in, as well as the live painting experience on celebration.

My packages are scaled by canvas size, with a focused, 2-hour live painting session (included in prices shown). Add comprehensive options where I paint for the entire duration of your event(fee negotiated and added if this option is chosen). Each finished piece becomes a hand-painted heirloom on gallery wrapped canvas, meticulously finalized in the studio and delivered ready to hang within a month of the wedding/event day.

To make your painting deeply personal, every package offers the option to collage in special personal elements- a beloved pet (included from photos, even if not present), a hint at a special pastime, or even embedding your own handprints into the artwork either at the event or post-event. The possibilities are endless.

Artistic license should be expected as the results will not be traditional portraiture or realism. As an artist, I paint in a mixed media style that incorporates a lyrical and expressive abstraction with a nod toward realism. The mood my artwork evokes is often rooted in nature, celebration or emotion and serves to memorialize even special moments of the couple (or individual) leading up to a special day.

The pricing shown includes the 2-hour live painting experience and the finished, ready-to-hang original piece* It also included trip fee up to 50 miles RT to event.

All paintings include a certificate of authenticity and local(*50 mi RT) delivery within approximately 4 to 6 weeks following the event, as details and varnishing will be required post event..

The largest package includes: original, (2) 8 ×10 prints of the original, white glove delivery*, installation, and a gift certificate for $200 toward a commissioned 24×26 within 12 months of the event. (perfect for an anniversary celebration commission.) This package also includes choice of guest services: Face Painting and Temporary tattoos for children during the reception OR Pre-designed art card of couple’s logo (Initials) with in-person water-color original design per guest/couple.
